This video demonstrates how to create searchable PDF files from A4 paper sheets on the imageRUNNER Advance Generation 3 series using the Scanning with OCR (Prioritize Precision) feature.
1. Place the document on the ADF
2. Select “Scan and Send”
3. Select a file format (i.e. pdf)
4. Select “OCR (Prioritize Precision)”
5. Select the language for OCR
6. Select “OK”
7. Specify the destination
8. Press “Start” button
