Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction: At Riverina Document Centre, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. This refund policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for returning purchased items and receiving refunds.

2. Refund Eligibility:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition of Item: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items returned after 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Opened or used toner cartridges.
  • Special orders or clearance items.

4. Return Process:

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return process.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the return meets our policy criteria, the refund process will be initiated.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers have the right to cancel any order before it has been processed for shipping.

  • Initiate Cancellation: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.

3. Refunds on Cancellations:

  • Full Refund: If the order is successfully cancelled before it is processed for shipping, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Refund Timing: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

4. Exceptions:

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our refund policy for returns.

5. Late or Missing Refunds:
